Smoked Paprika Trumpet Mushrooms

- 30g dried trumpet mushrooms
- 1.5 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons good quality olives
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- Soak the mushrooms in warm water for 30 minutes.
- Drain and set aside the soaking water.
- Sautée the mushrooms in a pan with the butter, regularly dousing with the soaking water over low heat for 10 minutes.
- Add the olives and smoked paprika near the end of cooking, allowing to warm over low heat for another 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
