Bouquets Garnis

- A large piece of kombu
- A few parsley stalks
- A few grains of pepper
- A piece of hot pepper
- Half a clove of garlic
- Kombu makes excellent bouquets garnis for pulses (lentils, beans, soybeans, chickpeas), which facilitate their cooking and digestion.
- Hydrate the algae 5 minutes until they soften.
- Spread them out.
- Place the parsley stalks in the centre along with the peppercorns, hot pepper and garlic. Fold the kombu to make a roll. Tie it up without tearing it.
