Grenaille Potatoes with Wakame

- 500g grenaille potatoes
- 30g wakame
- Olive oil
- Fleur de sel
- Preheat oven, preferably through the bottom heating element.
- Spread out the unpeeled potatoes on a cooking plate. Drizzle with olive oil and let cook and glaze for 20 minutes.
- Rehydrate the algae for 1 minute.
- When the potatoes are baked, soft and golden, wrap them with wakame. Return them to the oven for another 2 minutes.
- Serve sprinkled with fleur de sel.
