Grenaille Potatoes with Wakame

Recette à tomber par terre : mignonnes grenailles au Wakamé
  • 500g grenaille potatoes
  • 30g wakame
  • Olive oil
  • Fleur de sel
  • Preheat oven, preferably through the bottom heating element.
  • Spread out the unpeeled potatoes on a cooking plate. Drizzle with olive oil and let cook and glaze for 20 minutes.
  • Rehydrate the algae for 1 minute.
  • When the potatoes are baked, soft and golden, wrap them with wakame. Return them to the oven for another 2 minutes.
  • Serve sprinkled with fleur de sel.
