The cocoa beans are cultivated in the Dominican Republic by small producers grouped in cooperatives, which benefit from the fair trade label. The situation of the island (not everyone has Haiti as a neighbor) probably explains the particular flavor of the chocolate, slightly iodized, intense and yet without bitterness.

The cocoa is then prepared in Belgium with the secrets of Belgian manufacturing to offer you a dark chocolate 72% caramel salted butter tasty.
