Smoked Paprika Trumpet Mushrooms

Trompettes au paprika fumé, une recette Supersec par Philippe Emanuelli
  • 30g dried trumpet mushrooms
  • 1.5 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons good quality olives
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • Soak the mushrooms in warm water for 30 minutes.
  • Drain and set aside the soaking water.
  • Sautée the mushrooms in a pan with the butter, regularly dousing with the soaking water over low heat for 10 minutes.
  • Add the olives and smoked paprika near the end of cooking, allowing to warm over low heat for another 5 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
